This class action alleges Defendants and their co-conspirators conspired and combined to fix, raise, maintain, and stabilize the price of Chicken products, as of January 1, 2009, with the intent and expected result of increasing prices of Chicken or Pork products in the United States, in violation of federal and state consumer and antitrust laws. Defendants deny these allegations.

What can I get? 

If the settlement is approved, you may be eligible to participate in a portion of the total $276 combined settlements. 

How do I get my cash payment?

In order to receive payment, you must submit a complete Claim Form no later than April 4, 2024. If your claim is approved, your payment will come by check. 

How long until I get my cash payment?

You will receive your refund in the form of a PayPal or digital payment once the class has been approved.
